Alerts are notifications created by equipment or Printwayy itself and are handled by the provider. These alerts are intended to assist in the management of the entire print fleet, either by indicating the existence of a problem in a particular device, or by pointing out the monitoring stoppage of some device.
In the Alerts menu, it is possible to monitor these alerts so that the necessary actions can be taken. The alerts are divided into Active, Associated to Open Calls, Ignored and Closed.
The main menu will always display the number of active alerts in your environment, so whenever a new alert appears, it will be displayed in the main menu, so that no alert goes unnoticed.
