View in the form of monitoring cards
We have improved the management and monitoring of alerts by introducing a new visualization mode in the "All alerts" tab, using cards arranged in a grid format. It offers a dashboard-like perspective, allowing provider teams to monitor their clients' environments in real time. Each alert card presents the main details of the occurrence, including criteria such as alert description, customer, date of occurrence, criticality and equipmentproviding a concise and comprehensive overview of events.
Configuring "Asset" information in printer details
We have developed the possibility of configuring the "Assets" item on the printer details screen, when viewing printers separated by client. Previously, it was only possible to include the information in the complete fleet, and the update has made the whole process easier. Data stored in the complete fleet or in the fleet by customer is stored in the same way and stored in the same way and make up a single piece of data..
Excel export of active alerts
We have introduced the active alerts displayed in the "All alerts" tab to an Excel file.. This functionality is available in the list view and includes all the items displayed on the screen, allowing you to customize the export through the available filters. By exporting these alerts, managers can conduct detailed analyses, identifying patterns, frequencies and types of recurring problems. This makes it easier to identify areas that need specific attention.
Added compatibility information to the Stocks API
We have implemented the functionality of entering and consulting item compatibility information via the Inventory API API. With our update, it is possible to define the information in the details of stock items, offering greater control over exchanges and automated stock management. Minimum stock quantity information
With this update, you can to enter this information both on your company's stock screens and on customers' stocks. Registration is simplified and, when stock levels are low, we will use colors to highlight: when the supply is close to the limit (quantity displayed in yellow) or below minimum stock (quantity shown in red). This visual approach offers a quick and effective way of identifying critical stock levels..
New billing model in contracts
One of the billing models currently in vogue in the print outsourcing market is based on the idea of a minimum monthly fee. Unlike the franchise model, this system establishes a minimum total cost for printers. PrintWayy Dragon has incorporated this charge into its contract configurations, allowing providers to set a minimum monthly fee for their customers. The monthly closing calculation will take this monthly fee into account, detailing this information both in the monthly closing and in your exports. If printer costs exceed the minimum monthly fee, these additional costs will be calculated in the closing. However, if the costs are less than the minimum monthly fee, the latter will be used in the calculations. For example: In a contract with a minimum monthly fee of R$ 500.00, if the total consumption of the printers in a given month is R$ 350.00, the amount charged will be R$ 500.00 (the minimum monthly fee). However, if the total costs of the printers in the month reach R$ 680.00, the amount that exceeds the minimum monthly fee will be charged to the customer.
In addition to the updates presented, we have dedicated ourselves to optimizing system performance and stability. We have made several improvements to its architectureincorporating new technologies that have resulted in notable advances in the loading times of practically all screens.
