Correction in PrintWayy Client 8.20.0.0
The network printer search mode has the possibility of searching for IP ranges registered in the settings. There was a problem when using the "All IP ranges" search option, which has now been corrected.

Corrections
We have fixed a problem that occurred when a new advanced Supply Level filter was generated.
The alert counter was not being updated when an alert was ignored.
When a ticket was opened from an ignored alert, the page had to be refreshed to remove the ticket from this view.

Corrections and improvements
We now save the actions of users who make changes to printer alerts.
The system had a problem where, in order to save a printer update, it was necessary to interact with other form fields, such as opening and closing the department list, etc. This has now been corrected.
We have also corrected the text explaining the sending of the closing report, so that it is now clearer when the sending takes place.

Improved performance by creating preventive maintenance alerts
The system screen used to crash when the provider had a lot of printers on its clients. We have improved the performance of the printer search on this screen.

New duplicate printer monitoring screen
A new screen has been created within the printers menu, making it possible to identify and resolve incidents involving printers with active monitoring on more than one client. This new feature should help providers to keep their environment up to date and free from discrepancies.

Sorting columns in advanced filters
