Reports

PrintWayy allows you to generate reports to monitor the number of prints and scans made per printer.

For reporting, you must select a date period: Free date range or Invoiced period. The first option allows you to select any date period you like.

In the image below a filter with a period of 5 days was performed:

The second option displays a list of closed monthly periods, which are presented according to the settlement date fixed in the contract with the provider.

The image below shows all periods billed since the start of the contract with the provider. Note that the start date of each period is always the 16th of each month, which means that this day is the one that was agreed with the provider at the time of the contract.

After performing the desired filter, just click on Generate report.

With the report generated, you can print it, export it to Excel formats (CSV and XLS), RTF and PDF, among others, navigate between the generated pages and modify the zoom. These options are accessed in the reports' upper bar:

Closing Report

PrintWayy also provides a closing report, where the user can view the billing periods already closed in the system.

The closing report always takes into account the billing start day negotiated with the provider. After a billing period is closed the report is available for viewing.

The information of all printers used in the chosen billing period will be displayed, considering black and white, colour and scan counters.

For each counter the charge value is displayed, which is calculated based on the cost associated with the printer. In addition, printer fixed cost information and totals are displayed.

The closing report can be exported in PDF, Word, Excel and ERP formats (.CSV file extension intended for integration with ERPs).

Report of Prints and Copies by Printer

The Prints and Copies by Printer report displays information on all prints and copies made on the monitored machines. In the report, black and white and colour counters are displayed separately.

To generate the report choose the contract, the date filter and then click on Generate Report.

You can also select the option Separate printers by location, which will group printers by registered location. The example in the image below uses this option:

Scan Report by Printer

The scans per printer report only counts the total number of scans made on the monitored equipment.

To generate the report, fill in the date filter and click on Generate Report.
