Checking the Environment and Installing the Framework
The computer/server where the installation will run must have an Internet connection and must access the printers that will be monitored via the network. If the monitoring is via USB connection, the printer must be connected to the workstation;
.Net Framework 4.5.1 installed for Windows 7 or higher and 4.0 for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (the PrintWayy Client installer itself checks this before starting the installation process).

Is there a proxy on the network where PrintWayy will be installed?
Proxy is nothing more than the term used to define the intermediaries between the user and the server. If Printwayy Client is installed in your environment, it is necessary to configure the proxy configuration data on the Client so that there are no impediments in the execution of our services. So, first of all, we suggest you to check with your client if this configuration exists!
Tip: Proxy settings can usually be easily found in your computer's "Internet Properties".
Download Printwayy Client
After checking the previous steps, all that remains is to download our Client! We recommend not to use old installers, but to always download the tool during a new installation. This will ensure that the new installation will always have the latest updates. Pretty easy, right?

Customer Key
When installing PrintWayy Client, a key will be required. This key is unique and will serve exclusively for each client, if there is more than one installation on the same client, no problem! Just use the same key!
This key can be viewed and used via the Accounts Receivable menu after you have finished registering a customer. In the small symbol marked in the image below, you can copy the key without error.
