In the Stock receipts submenu, you can manage the receipt of products into your company's stock. You can add, change, and remove entries. The results of this management will be realized in your company's stock by accessing the Stock submenu.
Adding a new entry
To add a new entry, click Add entry!
If you do not have any suppliers registered, click here.
Editing an entry
When changing an entry, the removal of an item or the decrease of the quantity entered is conditional on the quantity of this item in your company's inventory. For example: an entry was entered with the item BW Toner, with a quantity of 5. If you request to change this entry, decreasing the quantity to 2, you must have at least 3 units of item PB Toner in stock at your company, because this quantity will be decreased in stock. If there are only 2 items in your company's stock, you cannot make the change because there is not a sufficient balance to adjust the quantity of the product in stock.
Removing an entry
To remove a registered entry, select the entry and click on Remove entry. As highlighted in the item about editing entries, removing an entry will reflect on your company's inventory, because the items linked to the removed entry will have their quantity decreased according to what was entered in the entry.
