Types of Procurement with Exchange Control
To use the supply control feature, you must indicate for which supply types PrintWayy should control. When you indicate a supply in this list, the system will enable the exchange button for that supply in the list of supplies and printer parts. Also, when the system identifies that a supply has possibly been exchanged, a notification will be created. If the item you need does not appear on the list, you can register it in Types on the Stock Items tab.
Stock items
Types
The types of stock items can be managed in the Exchange Control tab. And they serve precisely for addition, exchange and control in the printers, but if any type of item previously registered by default in the system does not suit you, you can register new types of items in this session.
Items that have been added can be removed, if necessary. However, the 12 default types already registered are not removable!
Stock Item Marks
These brands can initially be created in the Your company's stock In addition to registering new brands, you can also edit and remove them. To add a new brand, click on Add Brand. The screen below will appear, where the name of the brand to be registered must be filled in.
Only brands that are not linked to stock items can be removed!
Suppliers
The list of suppliers used in the product entry process, in the Inventory menu, can be managed through the inventory settings. To add a new supplier, click on Add Supplier. The screen below will be displayed for you to fill in the supplier name.
