PrintWayy Dragon access accounts

In the submenu PrintWayy Access Accounts you can add new users or change data of already added users. You can add users for your company's employees or users for your customers. To add a new account, click Add account.

And then some settings will be required to complete the registration.

Account Types

  • Customer accounts: Specific account for your customer's users. It has reduced permissions and possibilities and is more focused on monitoring.
  • Employee Accounts:  Type of account produced for users in your company, at different levels, making it possible for both employees who focus more on the Financial sector as well as on technical calls to be able to work.

Important! It is necessary to be very careful when entering the e-mail address, because it is not possible to change it, and after the registration is completed a generic password is automatically sent to the registered e-mail address!

Allow to view all clients of the provider

This permission exists so that both the employee account and the customer account can eventually view information for all their customers or a specific customer number. It will depend on the performance of each registered user.

Notifications

In the notifications area, you can indicate which PrintWayy notifications the user should receive by e-mail. When any of these situations occurs, an e-mail will be sent to the user to notify him of the occurrence.

The user notification settings can also be changed in the My Settings option of the user menu, accessible from the upper right corner of the system.
