How to register a customer?

Registering a customer

It is very simple, just log in to PrintWayy, go to the Clients menu and click on the "Add Client" button:

 

The client registration is essential for the installation of PrintWayy Client, because of the key that is uniquely generated for each client. This key is inserted at the moment of installation and it is with it that the system directs information from the printers such as: alerts,supplies and counters.

In addition to the key, it is possible to register Departments, Other Addresses and Contacts. It is also possible to configure a customer code field : this field can be used by providers that have ERP with automated integration functionalities with our system. It is not a mandatory field.

And through the Settings tab you can determine your client's working hours and activate the Supply Management, Help Desk, and printer alerts monitoring modules:

After finishing the registration of a customer, you will notice that, in addition to the record that has just been added, a key is generated:

In the small symbol, indicated in the image above, you can copy the key without error.

This key is used when installing PrintWayy Client. That is, for each client a different key is used.
