Why are my frozen closures only available in pdf format?

Closures that occurred before the update on 03/12/2018

Hello, in this section we will explain some changes that occurred in PrintWayy as of March 2018 and how this impacted the way reports from closures prior to this period are displayed in the system.

Prior to the 03/12/2018 update closures in PrintWayy could not be frozen. That is, if you changed cost settings for a contract months after you took a report, and wanted to revisit that report to verify some data, the report you would generate would be showing data from your current contract settings, not the settings from the time you generated that report.

That is why we have implemented the option to freeze closures, thus archiving your closures and providing an easier way to check old data.

But this change in the system can only be made by changing the way we process your contract data. This way we could only provide data filtering and export options for closings that occurred after the upgrade. All previous closings were frozen and archived in pdf format, made available for download.

All the closings prior to 03/12/2018 can only be visualized through the pdf format, however as of this date you can visualize the data of the new closings in our platform, filter them and export them to several formats.
